education
"'It was different from what I was expecting', said one woman in the audience. 'Everyone came out of themselves and did things which they wouldn't normally do. It was fantastic.' Or, as they say in theatre billboards: a howling success."

about Lou Stein Associates' Dartington Summer School education work.
Training others and educational work has always been an important part of my own professional development. Whether it’s working in partnership with the English National Opera’s Education Department on music theatre performance, directing a group of 8-13 year olds in an “in the parks” outdoor performance of Gogol’s “The Nose” or with A-Level Performance Arts students on developing their own music theatre piece with professional musicians, my own work is always enhanced by the experience. I also believe in the importance of young people working with professionals of the highest calibre.
